Sinag FMA Institute is a family oriented community. The terms used are related to the words used within the heirachy of a family or words associated with it:

-Lahi (Basic / Primary) | Banyaga (for individuals without Filipino bio-lineage)
-Tribo (Intermediate)
-Kapatid (Advanced)
-Anak (Skilled)
-Ama / Ina (Expert)
-Tatang / Inang (Master)

Sinag FMA Institute creates training programs from the ideas used in a school setting. We believe it is fitting and applicable to use titles related to educational institutions.

-Tagapaggabay (Training Leader)
-Kasama Guro (Assistant Instructor)
-Guro (Instructor 1)
