Weapons Training
Basic training in Filipino Martial Arts generally starts with weapons, in FMA, it's through sticks. Starting from Solo Baston (Single Stick) then to Doble (Double). It is important for the practitioner to maximize the previous skills before progressing to Espada y Daga (Sword and Dagger), so that blade training drills, movements, and concepts would be easier to understand.

Empty Hands Training
This program focuses on the aspects of FMA in hand-to-hand combat. Training includes the FMA concepts of striking and grappling. Many parts of this training are fused with Mixed Martial Arts concepts.

Fitness Programs
Designed for the non-combatant martial arts enthusiasts, but likes the feel and action of combat training.

Self-Defense Programs
Focuses on function rather than form. This training program aims a person to have an awareness of self-preservation and/or protection and immediate avoidance of danger in the simplest and safest way possible.

Specialized/Customized/Personal Training Programs
These programs are given depending on the request of the practitioner. Rates are higher than going through the regular training sessions. However, assurance of payment does not mean immediate admittance. The request can be accepted after screening and proper agreement.

Seminars
Feel free to browse our site for any information about upcoming seminars. Contact us if you want us to have a seminar, or become a sponsor.

Guro Certification
This is not a training program, but a type of exam. Anyone who wishes to advance in their martial arts training by sharing it with others needs to pass the standards set by Sinag Filipino Martial Arts Institute.
